Background
Dolphin Dynamics was established in London in 1994 with a management team bringing extensive experience in the area of office automation, reservation systems, accounting and software development, coupled with experience in the travel agency business.
With a team of around 50 specialists in London, Dolphin Dynamics develops and sells travel agency automation software, as well as providing customised solutions and consulting via both its team within the office and partners.
Dolphin Dynamics Ltd. has its headquarters in London, where it also operates its development and support centre. In addition it has a sales and support office in Italy.
Dolphin Dynamics' strategy is to provide powerful and flexible tools for travel companies to access information in real-time, so that they can make intelligent, faster and better informed decisions at the point of sale.
Since its first product release in 1996, Dolphin Dynamics has installed its software at over 850 client sites, large and small, for a total of over 12,000 users in over 20 countries worldwide.

Dolphin Dynamics develops and markets a next generation sales and booking management solution for tour operators and travel agencies.
Dolphin features a complete multi-channel point of sale application with a sophisticated browser-based user interface, optimised for use by travel professionals, as well as a range of online booking options to enable travel products to be effectively distributed across all sales channels.
Supporting air (charter, low cost carriers, GDS, net and published fares), hotel, car, transfers and insurance products, the solution has a fully integrated booking management module delivering efficient fulfilment of travel sales, from payment collection and document production, through client and vendor management, to post-sales reporting and accounting.
Dolphin Dynamics is also the developer of FlightScanner, the leading web fare search engine which enables travel agents to maintain a competitive advantage and provide the best service for their customers by searching across multiple low cost and traditional carrier websites.
