Danish Caribia Travels adopt Dolphin system

Caribia Travels have rolled out Dolphin’s Booking Management Module (BMM) to produce quotations and manage bookings. They are also taking Dolphin’s Reservation Module which includes their own directly contracted products loaded into Dolphin’s Product Database to facilitate a single search, aggregating results across numerous connected sources.

 

The new Dolphin system will remove existing manual processes by introducing comprehensive back office services including multi-currency sales to support their office in Norway, email integration and a vendor communications suite as well as the ability to import bookings from Amadeus.
