Getting to grips with a new reservation and back office system can be a daunting task for travel agents and the Dolphin Training Team understands the challenges a company faces when doing so. Diletta, Sarah and Adam can be found anywhere in the country
to show new and existing Dolphin customers the ins and outs of the Dolphin system, so that working with the Dolphin software becomes a breeze.
Before joining Dolphin Dynamics, Sarah worked at BCD as well as Amadeus. Sarah has been with the company for 4 years and loves that every day is different. She also thinks that the people she works with make it a great place to work. She loves walking
her dog and doing a bit of gardening in her free time and when she jets off on a holiday she loves to go to the island of Mauritius for its beautiful beaches.
Team manager Diletta has been working for Dolphin for almost 9 years and has been working in the travel industry for even longer. Before joining Dolphin, she worked for Delta Airlines which took her to Japan for a few months. She loves working for Dolphin
because of its environment and the challenges here job brings, always keep her on her toes. In her spare time, she looks after her son or she goes back to her roots to Italy to see her family whenever she can.
Aussie Adam is the newest of the team as he joined the company last September. It didn’t take him long to feel at home at Dolphin Dynamics and he loves meeting new customers and teaching how to use the Dolphin system. When Friday four o’clock
rolls around you can find him in the Dolphin canteen for a game of pool and a beer with people from the other departments here. Outside of work he’s pretty active on the running tracks as he’s the current Kent County bronze medallist over
the 400m, both indoors and outdoors. (See medals below.) Of course, he loves to go abroad as well and Cambodia is one of his favourite countries because it offers an amazing mix of beautiful beaches, rich in history, great food and some truly humble and inspiring people.
