Dolphin Dynamics expands booking capture tool to streamline easyJet holidays bookings
Leading travel technology company Dolphin Dynamics has extended the functionality that simplifies the process of handling holiday bookings made via trade websites. Now supporting easyJet holidays bookings, the module enhances efficiency, data quality and accuracy for independent travel agents using the Dolphin back-office platform by capturing package holiday details including flights, transfers and hotel information.
Dolphin users can seamlessly capture bookings made via easyJet holidays, streamlining the process and minimising the risk of manual entry errors. Using the booking capture module, data is loaded within seconds, automatically integrating the necessary supplier details into the Dolphin platform. The tool is also capable of capturing deposit and balance due dates, ensuring agents know when they need to pay easyJet holidays.
Oasis Travel’s Project Director, Scott McCabe, commented, “The usability of this module has been exceptional, providing a seamless and slick experience for our team. This integration has enhanced our overall workflow and allows for easy integration of data, which significantly streamlines the booking process. The features have proven invaluable in keeping our operations efficient and we look forward to seeing more updates in the future.”
