Travel Ledger and Dolphin Dynamics complete TL Virtual Card integration, helping agencies automate supplier payments and earn cashback

Travel Ledger and Dolphin Dynamics have extended the integration between their platforms with the inclusion of TL Virtual Cards within the Dolphin reservation module. This development enables fully automated virtual card payment workflows for Dolphin customers alongside the capacity to earn more than 1% cashback on eligible supplier spend with no minimum volume.

The integration enables Dolphin customers to automatically generate and use single-use virtual cards within selected air and hotel booking workflows. This eliminates manual card creation and data entry while providing access to Travel Ledger's cashback programme.

Designed to operate entirely in the background, the integration creates a seamless booking experience for travel consultants booking services that require immediate payment. Dolphin automatically sends a request to Travel Ledger to generate a virtual card for the exact booking amount. Once issued, Dolphin completes the supplier booking using the virtual card credentials - all within seconds and without manual intervention.

Managing supplier payments often creates a heavy back-office burden for travel businesses, from processing card transactions and checking payment amounts to matching supplier payments after booking. By embedding TL Virtual Cards directly into the Dolphin workflow, agencies can gain greater visibility and control significantly reducing manual back-office tasks.

The integration also helps protect agency revenue by improving payment accuracy and reducing commission discrepancies.
