Independent, owner-run tour operator Africa & Beyond has signed-up to Dolphin to support its business specialising in tailor-made holidays to Africa, the Indian Ocean Islands and the Middle East.

Upgrading their travel system to Dolphin offered Africa & Beyond some key advantages: an integrated sales and booking platform; the ability to incorporate flight search and book with Aviate; integration with Wetu (https://wetu.com/) for rich digital customer itineraries and an export to the XERO accounting platform for more joined-up workflows.

We look forward to working with AITO member Africa & Beyond and seeing Dolphin’s workflow management tools streamline day-to-day operational tasks for their travel experts.
