Welcome Aboard Border Travel

We’re delighted to welcome Border Travel, a member of the Advantage Travel Partnership, to the Dolphin family. Established in 1964, Border Travel is one of Scotland’s leading independent travel agencies and has proudly remained independent since its founding.

Until now, Border Travel operated entirely manually. This year, they’ve taken the leap to adopt modern computer reservation systems, unlocking the benefits of automation.

Border Travel’s flight booking team use Dolphin’s booking management module to simplify previously paper-heavy processes between sales and accounts. This shift not only streamlines workflows but also provides access to comprehensive reporting tools, eliminating the need for manual data compilation.

In the next phase, the retail team will also benefit from Dolphin’s Tasklist functionality and tour operator booking capture features, further enhancing efficiency and enabling easier self-packaging of itineraries.
