A boutique travel management company that sells predominantly flights, hotels, cars and rail, via GDS and direct with supplier, The Motivation Business Travel also offers a small proportion of leisure travel - so they were looking for a solution that could support a mix of business.

When they approached Dolphin earlier this year they had a legacy back office system installed, but were keen to move to a proven supplier-hosted platform to streamline operations and upgrade system functionality.

The Dolphin implementation offers a mid/back office system that can seamlessly support both their corporate and leisure needs within a single platform spanning CRM, reservations, document production, automation, reporting and back-office functions.
